First off, and i hate to ramble on but, it is so beautiful. The textures used on the skin. The headband and it's dots on it. even the eye of the character, Lavi looks unmistakably real. Even the eye-patch on him looks real enough to touch and feel. The emotions are as clear as day, for any manga fan to identify this character as Lavi, they wouldn't have a hard time telling who it was. The background makes the character shine in its emotions and in all it's glory. The use of colour was astounding and very beautiful to look at. colours used helps bring the magnificent character to life, almost as if it was real, and you where in the room with him. His eye gives you the feeling that he might see right into your soul or anyones soul for that matter of fact. Even the use of shadows help bring out the character and help set the mood of the image or of the scene. The look of the artwork, seems to be that of a painting, which makes most people feel as though they are in a art gallery or get the feeling as though they were there with the artist when this was painted or made. Over all a great piece of art once again from J-Meimoth. Good luck friend on your next piece. If i saw this in any gallery, chances are i would probably think of it as a actual person, rather than a anime and manga character. Once again great work, i look forward to seeing more.
