First off well done on an excellent art work. The colours bring out the emotion, of both the artist and the character. It makes fellow artists and others without deviant-art a opinion of wow! You are left with many questions like why is he not looking at us straight on, rather than looking to the side and giving us a side on view of his face ... is he hiding a scar or something else from view or what.

The way he holds the cigarette is cuttle but simple, but leads us to ask why he smokes, is it because of his past or something else. The way the glass are perched on the character (Which I believe to be Cross Marian, if not who is he?) is simple but elegant in a way. His lips that give anyone the feeling he is real, even the hair which seems to look like real hair (it looks like it is a painting of that character or person) and the ear-rings (that have a shine, maintaining the theme, which also make the character feel real as well). The background draws the attention on the character or person and makes it stay there. The uses of colour, both dark and light colours helps it appear real also, even the eyelashes and eye colour of the character appear to make it feel real (Personally if this character was real anyone would know that he is a work of art in himself).

Overall well done, keep it up and remember that it is beautiful!
